This is the biggest auction in the area with buyers attending every year from multiple states with 1000's more online. 

Terms of Sale: 10% Buyers Premium charged on all purchases. 5.3% Va Sales tax applies to all non-titled items unless the buyer presents a tax ID.  All purchases must be paid for prior to buyer or item leaving premises. Purchases over $5,000 may leave a 10% deposit at the sale with the balance due by 10 AM Saturday, May 8. In the event, a deposit is made item shall remain with the auctioneer until paid in full.

All items are sold as-is where-is with no warranty expressed or implied. Bidders are highly recommended to preview items in person prior to bidding. Items are described to the best of our ability but the title or description does not convey any warranty.

All Sales Final.

All items must be removed within 7 days of sale. 

All gun sales adhere to state & federal laws & will be legally transferred to the buyer.
